SUNGUARD

Architectural Glass Performance Comparison Tool

There are three ways to sort the data for comparison:

	Select from the drop down menu on the right, for example, select “Neutral Clear” under the Exterior Appearance category, and click Submit
	Sort by the criteria at the top of the table in blue, such as Appearance or Relative Heat Gain, by clicking on the criteria, and the table will automatically re-sort all the data based on that criteria
	Click the check box to the left of the products you would like to see, and then click Compare

NOTES:
The performance values shown are nominal for the center of glass (no spacer or framing) and subject to variations due to manufacturing tolerances
The performance data are based on a standard 1″ insulating glass unit with ¼″ (6mm) outboard lite, a ½″ air space and ¼″ (6mm) inboard lite. Each laminated lite is 9/16″ thick (two ¼″ plies with 060″ PVB interlayer).
Guardian performance data are calculated in accordance with the LBNL Window 5.2 computer analysis using an air mass of 1.5.
The outboard and / or inboard lite may require heat strengthening or tempering to resist potential thermal stresses. Please contact Guardian for assistance.
A slight shift in visible light reflectance or transmission may be noticed after heat-treatment.
When SunGuard coatings are laminated facing the PVB, there will be a noticeable color change. Guardian recommends a full-size mock-up be approved.
